
IT employee convicted: Accessed information of 130 individuals in the Health Platform
A 40-year-old man has been sentenced to 50 days of suspended imprisonment for wrongfully accessing the medical records of 130 individuals in the Health Platform (Sundhedsplatformen).
This information was provided by the Public Prosecution at Copenhagen Police.
The unauthorized access occurred while he was employed as an IT worker in the Capital Region of Denmark.
The 40-year-old was also convicted for one count of forgery.
The verdict was issued by the Frederiksberg Court on Tuesday.
