
Two men convicted of violence against each other
Two male Polish citizens, aged 42 and 32, were sentenced on Friday in a case of aggravated assault at the Court of Frederiksberg.
The assault took place at Jyllingevej Station on January 5th of this year. The two men had agreed to meet there as they had a disagreement with each other. Both were armed with knives, and during the brawl, the 32-year-old was stabbed and struck with a stone.
The 42-year-old received a cut on his face and was kicked on the body.
Both were arrested shortly after the incident and have been held in custody until the verdict on Friday. The court sentenced the 42-year-old to eight months in prison, while the 32-year-old received a five-month prison sentence. They were also both deported with a six-year entry ban.
