No more pizzas from Domino’s
It is no longer possible to order a pizza from Domino’s.
The owner of Domino’s Denmark, Domino’s Pizza Enterprise (DPE), decided on Tuesday to close all 27 stores in the chain.
The closure of Domino’s is a voluntary solvent liquidation, with the aim of ensuring the best possible winding up of the company’s assets and activities in Denmark.
The reason for the closure is the owner’s assessment that there is not a sufficient business basis to continue the company’s operations in Denmark, despite diligent efforts to streamline processes within the company.
Domino’s employees have been informed about the closure, and relevant stakeholders will receive information about their rightful claims as the liquidation progresses.
