Three Young Men on Stolen Motorcycle

A patrol from East Jutland Police was on patrol in northern Aarhus and Risskov at around 4:00 AM on Sunday when officers on Nordre Strandvej encountered a motorcycle travelling at high speed with three young men on board.

Police initiated a pursuit of the motorcycle while additional patrols and a drone were dispatched to the area.

After a short chase, the motorcycle stopped and the three men fled the scene on foot. One of the young men was caught by officers, while another was spotted by a drone operator. Shortly afterwards, another patrol was able to arrest him.

The third suspect remains at large.

Police later established that the motorcycle had been stolen from an address in Risskov.

The parents of the two arrested youths, aged 15 and 17, were contacted along with Aarhus Municipality’s Children and Youth Emergency Service.

Both were charged with unauthorised use of a vehicle, while the driver was additionally charged with several traffic offences.
