59-year-old escapes punishment: Made Hitler-salute in front of synagogue in Copenhagen
A 59-year-old man escapes punishment even though he has been found guilty of a hate crime under Section 266 B of the Penal Code, also known as the “racism paragraph”.
This is reported by bt.dk.
Back in November 2022, the 59-year-old made derogatory remarks towards Jews and made a Hitler-salute in front of the synagogue in Krystalgade in Copenhagen.
Precisely because of the long processing time, the court took this into consideration and found the 59-year-old not guilty.
