Copenhagen Pride Week Kicks Off with Over 160 Events Under the Theme ‘Come Together’
Today marks the beginning of Copenhagen Pride Week, featuring more than 160 events and concerts on the schedule under the theme “Come Together.”
The program includes highlights such as Drag Night, an art exhibition, a children’s area, workshops, and, of course, the Pride Parade.
Pride Week takes place from August 12th to August 20th. The Pride Parade itself will occur on Saturday, August 19th, at 1:00 PM, starting at Frederiksberg City Hall. The route goes through Allégade, Frederiksberg Allé, Vesterbrogade, Studiestræde, and concludes at Vester Voldgade, where the first groups are expected to arrive by 3:00 PM.
