Swedish Citizen Sentenced to Prison for Selling Hashish in Pusher Street
A 37-year-old Swedish citizen has been sentenced to an immediate five-month prison term for multiple instances of dealing hashish.
The dealing occurred in the aggravating zone around Pusher Street in Christiania. The 37-year-old was arrested in a hash stall on Pusher Street with several hundred grams of hashish both on January 20th and February 11th. On both occasions, he was charged with possession with intent to distribute.
On Monday, he was presented in Copenhagen City Court, where he confessed.
In addition to the prison sentence, he was also expelled from the country with a six-year entry ban.
