On Thursday, the first four Danish F-35s will land at Skrydstrup Air Base.
This information comes from the Defense Ministry.
Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen will receive the aircraft and greet the Danish pilot who will fly the first plane back to Denmark. It will be a brief event without speeches, as the official celebration of the F-35 in Denmark is scheduled for October 1st when the aircraft will be formally handed over from the manufacturer, Lockheed Martin, to Denmark.
The planes are expected to land around 2:00 PM.
