Copenhagen Police have on Thursday arrested five men and charged them with attempted manslaughter in connection with a shooting incident at a hair salon on Nørrebrogade on June 20th of this year.
The shooting incident took place on June 20th this year. A masked man arrived at the hair salon on an electric bicycle and fired shots at a man inside the salon, after which he quickly left the scene on the electric bicycle.
-“This is a serious case that we have thoroughly investigated, and we suspect the five arrested individuals of having played various roles in the attempted murder. Among the arrested individuals is also the person we believe to have wielded the weapon,” says Deputy Police Inspector Knud Hvass, who leads the Organized Crime Department.
In connection with Thursday’s arrests, searches were conducted at several addresses. The police found a larger quantity of hashish, cocaine, and a significant amount of cash.
The arrested individuals are aged 20, 21, 22, 34, and 49. They were presented in court on Friday and were all remanded in custody for 27 days.
