62-year-old convicted of raping a 5-year-old girl

A 62-year-old man has been convicted of rape by molesting a 5-year-old girl.
According to the Prosecution office of Midt- og Vestsjællands Politi (Central and West Zealand Police) the man had a familial relationship with the girl.
He has been sentenced by the Court in Roskilde to 9 months in prison, three of which are unconditional.
The man has pleaded not guilty and appealed the verdict on the spot.
