The arrest was made in collaboration between Copenhagen Police, North Zealand Police, and Western Copenhagen Police.
The 48-year-old is charged with committing a robbery at a supermarket in Vejby in North Zealand on January 4th, and two at supermarkets in Amager on January 12th and 15th, respectively.
In all three robberies, a gun-like object was used to threaten.
The 48-year-old was arrested at an address in Vanløse, where the police found two stolen luxury cars during the arrest.
The arrested individual was brought before a court hearing on Tuesday by the prosecution of Copenhagen West Police, as he was already wanted by them in a shoplifting case. The 48-year-old was remanded in custody until July 12th. He pleads not guilty.
