Residents apprehended bicycle thieves

On Saturday night, three residents apprehended two suspected bicycle thieves in a basement in Kastrup.
One of the thieves, a 16-year-old boy, tried in vain to break free by using pepper spray and knuckles against one of the residents.
The 16-year-old boy was subsequently charged with assault and possession of weapons, copenhagen police said.
