Way too fast – Police takes driver’s license and car
On Tuesday night, a driver was measured to be driving more than twice as fast as allowed.
The driver was measured to be driving 121 km/h on the end of the Helsingørmotorvejen, in a 60 km/h zone. Therefore, the driver has had his driver’s license taken and the car has been seized.
According to Københavns Politi, it often happens that drivers drive too fast on the last part of the stretch of Helsingørmotorvejen, where the permitted speed is lowered towards the city. Police are urging people to slow down and follow signage at the scene.
