New special adviser to Lars Løkke Rasmussen

Karen Clement will be the new special adviser to Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen.

This is announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today in a press release.

Karen Clement is a trained journalist and she comes from a position as Head of PR and Communication at Netcompany. She has previously been press officer in the Ministry of Defence and chief press secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office as well as reporter at TV2.

In connection with the appointment, Minister for Foreign Affairs Lars Løkke Rasmussen says:

-Karen has great analytical capacity, a good political eye and experience with foreign and security policy. Therefore, I am very pleased that she has agreed to become a special advisor to me. I am sure that Karen will be a good advisor, and I look forward to working with Karen and other good forces in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
