41-year-old man arrested with 1.5 kilos of hashish on Amager
The local police on Amager arrested a 41-year-old Danish man on Thursday after he was found in possession of approximately 1.5 kilos of hashish.
According to the police, the hashish was found during an inspection of the man’s car. In addition, he was carrying a sum of cash which, according to the police, corresponds to the sale of around 240 grams of hashish.
The 41-year-old has been charged with violating the Danish Act on Euphoric Substances. He has also been charged with possession of a pepper spray and with driving the car while under the influence of euphoric substances.
The police have seized the car with a view to confiscation, as it was allegedly used in connection with drug trafficking.
