More Than 112,000 to Take Part in Royal Run

A total of 112,450 participants have registered for this year’s Royal Run, which will take place tommorow monday in Randers, Ringkøbing, Middelfart, Helsingør and Copenhagen/Frederiksberg.

This year’s running event has therefore achieved record participation across the five host cities.

The day’s programme will also include participation from members of the royal family.

His Majesty the King will begin the day in Randers with his arrival at approximately 10:15 AM. The King will then officially start this year’s Royal Run by running the One Mile distance.

His Royal Highness the Crown Prince will arrive at Ringkøbing Harbour at approximately 12:30 PM, where the Crown Prince will take part in the 5 km route.

Later in the day, His Majesty the King will arrive in Middelfart at approximately 2:00 PM and run the 5 km distance there.

Her Majesty the Queen will participate in Helsingør, where the Queen is expected to arrive at approximately 4:45 PM and run the 5 km route.

The day will conclude in Copenhagen/Frederiksberg, where His Majesty the King will run the 10 km distance. The King is expected to arrive at Kongens Nytorv at approximately 7:15 PM.
