Raped friend’s 11-year-old daughter

A 45-year-old man has been sentenced to 5 years and six months in prison for the rape of a friend’s minor daughter.

This was reported by the local media outlet Holbaekonline.dk.

The assaults took place over a period of a few months at locations in Vipperød and Jyderup when the girl was 11 years old.

The man was also prohibited from having children and young people visit him.

Mother acquitted

The girl’s mother was also charged in the case for not preventing the assaults although she should have suspected they were taking place. However, the court chose to acquit her.
