37-year-old remanded in custody in drug-smuggling case
A 37-year-old man has been remanded in custody for four weeks following a preliminary court hearing at the Court in Sønderborg on Thursday afternoon.
The man, who is a Moroccan citizen, was arrested on Wednesday in Padborg and has been charged with smuggling drugs with the intention of resale.
The prosecution requested that the hearing be held behind closed doors.
According to the police, the ruling has not been appealed.
