IT issues caused queues at Copenhagen Airport

IT problems on Saturday led to long queues at passport control at Copenhagen Airport.
There were major issues with passport control for entry to and exit from the EU/Schengen area, and due to the extended processing time, travelers were advised to arrive well in advance of departure.
However, shortly before 16:30, police reported that the problems with the IT system had been resolved and operations were back to normal.
