Denmark Votes Today: Millions Head to the Polls
Today there is an election for the Danish Parliament, the Folketing.
There are 179 members of the Folketing, including 2 elected in Greenland and 2 elected in the Faroe Islands.
According to Statistics Denmark, there are 4,317,926 eligible voters in today’s election. By 1:00 PM, 27.1% of eligible voters had cast their vote.
Polling stations close at 8:00 PM tonight.
