Tivoli has unveiled the 2026 Friday Rock programme, with both international stars and prominent Danish artists set to take the stage on the Lawn (Plænen). This year’s line-up features five international headliners alongside a wide range of Danish audience favourites.

Among the international acts are TLC, Jessie J, Brad Paisley, Rick Astley and Flo Rida. The Danish music scene is represented by artists including Pil, Drew Sycamore, Dizzy Mizz Lizzy, Blæst, Burhan G, URO, TV-2 and Gnags.

Frederik Wiedemann, Director of Culture at Tivoli, says:

-“Tivoli is one of the country’s largest cultural organisers, and Friday Rock is a musical gathering point for all of Copenhagen and the surrounding area. Once again this year, we are presenting a diverse Friday Rock programme that combines five popular international names with Danish audience favourites. We look forward to once again providing the setting for musical experiences where audiences can rediscover classics, discover new artists and enjoy the unique summer atmosphere that the Lawn offers.”

Season Opening with Double Concert and Danish Favourites

The Friday Rock season opens on 10 April with a double concert featuring When Saints Go Machine and Spleen United. Later in April, Mads Langer will take the stage with a greatest-hits concert including guitar-driven ballads such as Overgir Mig Langsomt. Many will also know him from his interpretations on the TV2 programme Toppen af Poppen.

Saveus will close out April with their distinctive rock and indie sound, and audiences can look forward to hearing tracks such as Vil du noget and Rush once again.

Spring Pop and Anniversaries in May

On 1 May, Katinka and Lord Siva will perform a double concert. Katinka will deliver poetic songs such as Kogeplade and Bare rolig, while Lord Siva will take the stage the same evening with tracks including California Dreamin’ and Paris, performed with the pop-infused melancholy that characterises his sound.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Joey Moe’s debut album MoeTown. Last year, his concerts at KB Hallen were a notable draw. Hans Philip has established himself as a solo artist with tracks such as Dagdrøm and Du og jeg, as well as songs from the album Honey. Drew Sycamore brings edge and radio hits, and May concludes with Guldimund, whose heartfelt lyrics resonate with audiences through warmth and reflection.

June with R&B, Country and Folk Rock

June offers a varied programme. Jonah Blacksmith opens the month with their distinctive folk-rock interpretations, followed by TLC – one of the biggest R&B groups of the 1990s – taking over Tivoli. The group is behind classics such as No Scrubs and Waterfalls.

Next up is Grammy-winning country star Brad Paisley, who is touring Europe. Audiences can look forward to songs rooted in everyday life, love and nature. The month concludes with Malk De Koijn, delivering one of the country’s most unpredictable live shows.

Pop Icons and Anniversary in July

Rick Astley opens July with a piece of British pop history. He became a global phenomenon with his debut single Never Gonna Give You Up and has one of the most recognisable voices of the 1980s. Later in the month, another international headliner follows: Jessie J, whose hits such as Price Tag, Domino and Bang Bang appeal to pop fans of all ages.

July also features concerts by URO and Zar Paulo, as well as GNAGS, who this year celebrate their 60th anniversary as one of Denmark’s most beloved bands.

Late Summer with Chart-Toppers and Rock Classics

On 7 August, Flo Rida takes the stage with international hits such as Low, Whistle and Good Feeling. The following week, audiences can experience Pil performing songs such as Nattely and Dronning af Månen.

Burhan G and TV-2 return after delivering a successful Friday Rock concert in 2025 during Greenland in Tivoli.

September begins with Blæst, who have established themselves as one of Denmark’s most in-demand live bands with their dance-friendly pop universe. Their new lead singer, Sarah Sophie Malmros, has already left her mark on songs such as Vi ku’ gå hele vejen and the Danish women’s national football team’s European Championship anthem DK’s Kvinder.

On 11 September, Dizzy Mizz Lizzy take the stage. Perhaps Denmark’s biggest rock trio, they bring powerful guitar riffs and musical surplus – and possibly a crowd singalong to Love Is a Loser’s Game.
