Explosive fire – suspected criminal act
Police and fire services were dispatched during the night to Sunday to a residential property on Korsløkkevej in Odense SØ. The call came at around 2:30 a.m., when a fire broke out. According to the police’s preliminary statement, no one was injured.
Funen Police describe the fire as an “explosive fire”, and following the initial investigation, the police suspect that it was the result of a criminal act.
In connection with the investigation, the police would like to hear from members of the public who may have seen or heard anything related to the explosive fire in Odense. They are also interested in video footage, photos or surveillance material from the scene. Funen Police can be contacted on telephone number 114.
