Reckless driving ended with arrest and charges
At around 2:45 a.m. on Saturday night, a dog patrol from East Jutland Police noticed a passenger car being driven erratically in the Aarhus area. The officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver chose to continue driving.
This led to a prolonged pursuit during which the driver committed several serious violations of the traffic laws, including repeatedly running red lights. The chase came to an abrupt end when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed. No one was seriously injured.
The driver was arrested and examined at the emergency department. He was subsequently charged with the numerous traffic offences and later released.
