Russian ambassador: Denmark’s line makes normal relations with Russia impossible
The Russian ambassador to Denmark, Vladimir Barbin, says in an interview with the state-owned Russian news agency TASS that Denmark is unilaterally focused on confrontation with Russia, which, according to him, makes normal relations between the countries impossible.
He believes that Denmark’s opposition to political and diplomatic solutions to the war in Ukraine that also take Russian interests into account prevents cooperation.
According to the interview, the Danish government’s approval of the construction of the Ukrainian factory FirePoint, which produces solid rocket propellant, has contributed to the tensions.
