67-year-old caught driving recklessly – Police seized the car from the dealer
On Saturday afternoon, one of the police’s automatic traffic control (ATK) vehicles took a picture of an Audi A6 E-tron that was driving far too fast.
This appears from the daily report from East Jutland Police.
According to the police, the Audi was measured at 166 km/h in a zone where the speed limit was 80 km/h. This therefore constituted reckless driving.
The car’s registration number was sent out to patrol units, and shortly afterwards the vehicle and the driver were located at a car dealership.
The vehicle was driven by a 67-year-old man who had been out test-driving the car.
He is facing an unconditional revocation of his driving licence and a prison sentence.
The Audi was seized with a view to confiscation.
