Read Time:45 Second

The Greater Copenhagen Fire Department responded to several incidents in the past 24 hours.

This is according to the report for the period from Friday to Saturday.

On Friday at 4:15 PM, the fire department was called to a fire in a van on Famagervej in Hvidovre. The firefighters extinguished the fire with two high-pressure hoses.

At 9:37 PM, they then responded to a fire in a room in a building on Kobbelvænget in Brønshøj. A fire detector was activated, and smoke from the fire spread to the floor. The firefighters extinguished the fire, and the property was ventilated. Subsequently, the scene was handed over to the police and damage control.

In addition, the Greater Copenhagen Fire Department responded to 16 false alarms, for example, in cases where fire alarms were activated due to errors, steam from cooking, or other reasons, without an actual fire being present.
