Sailed through the Great Belt – Swedish military follows Russian submarine
The Swedish military is tracking a Russian submarine in the Baltic Sea.
This information was provided by the Swedish defense, Försvarsmakten.
The submarine was detected in the Kattegat and sailed through the Great Belt to the Baltic Sea on Tuesday. Throughout the journey, the Swedish defense has been monitoring the submarine.
According to the Swedish military, this is a routine task carried out in close cooperation with the country’s allies.
