39-year-old charged with raping girl at school

A 39-year-old man has been remanded in custody, accused of raping a minor girl who, at the time of the incidents, was only 12-13 years old.
The man is alleged to have engaged in sexual intercourse with the girl on multiple occasions from September 2024 and for several months thereafter, when she was only 12-13 years old.
According to the charges, the incidents took place at two different addresses in Aarhus, including at a currently unknown school/educational institution in Aarhus, where the two met outside of opening hours. Neither the 39-year-old man nor the girl are affiliated with the school.
The 39-year-old man was presented in a closed-door court hearing at the Court in Aarhus on Wednesday. He was remanded in custody for four weeks.
