Read Time:39 Second

For the fourth time in a row, the Danish men’s national team won the Handball World Championship.

It happened on Sunday evening when Denmark defeated Croatia.

The Croatian players played physically tough against the Danes, who initially needed some time to find their scoring rhythm. Towards the end of the first half, the Danes managed to create a four-goal lead over the Croatians, and from there, there was only one way for the Danes.

In the second half, coach Nikolaj Jacobsen’s team continued to extend their lead, and with 20 minutes remaining, Denmark was ahead by 10 goals in the World Championship final. The victory was never seriously threatened, and even though Croatia reduced the gap slightly, the Danish handball team secured a comfortable victory of 32-26.
