Man arrested after shooting incident in Nørrebro

Police have arrested a suspected perpetrator of the shooting incident on Thursday in Nørrebro, which resulted in the death of a 43-year-old man.

According to Copenhagen Police, the arrest was made following an extensive investigation.

The arrested individual is a Danish citizen.

He will be presented in a court hearing in Dommervagten on Saturday afternoon. The prosecution will request closed doors during the proceedings.

During the shooting incident, which took place at Hans Tavsens Gade, a 42-year-old woman was also injured.
